How long does processing take?
We carefully prepare each order within 1–3 business days, including quality checks, packaging, and dispatch.

Will I receive tracking info?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you haven’t received it within 6 business days, feel free to contact us.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placing them—before they enter our processing system. After that, they may already be packed or shipped.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes—if you're not 100% happy, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I request a return?

  1. Visit our Returns Page via the website or profile icon.

  2. Log in with your email and verification code.

  3. Select the order and items you'd like to return.

  4. Add a note (optional) and click Request Return.
    If approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return label via email.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We currently do not offer prepaid labels.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 72 business hours of receiving and inspecting your returned item.

Are there any conditions for returns?
Yes—items must be unused and in resalable condition.
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened blind boxes

  • Used or damaged items

  • Packaging with writing, tears, or wear

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we don’t support edits once an order is placed. To add items, you’ll need to cancel (if still eligible) and place a new order.
